Feel this isn’t a bad first weigh in since Thanksgiving. Looks like survived the holiday without gaining (or losing) weight. Now I can remain focused on December to be productive.

Thanksgiving

The holidays were rough, but I was still able to run a little bit and lift. For December (or atleast until Christmas) I will be abstaining from sugar the best I can. This will be tough for me as I find great comfort in sugar (surprised?). I will have another weigh in tomorrow morning to post!

Ate decent this weekend and had a great workout with my brother on Saturday. Ate a bad breakfast, but don’t want to give up on the day because of it; though, for me, that is difficult if I don’t start right.

I had a decent breakfast of 2 hard boiled eggs. Look forward to my afternoon off from work to get a good workout in and, hopefully, be productive on my to-do list.
